Sophie Kasaei suffered a serious health scare with ‘gaping hole’ in her booty

The Geordie Shore babe  Sophie Kasaei was on holiday in Mexico two weeks ago when she first noticed the pain in her backside.

Never had intention to cut short her holiday with long-term boo Joel Corry, Sophie ignored the sign.

However, after she returned to the UK last week, she was no longer able to ignore the pain and ended up going to A&E.

It was here that things took a serious turn, as doctors rushed Sophie into emergency surgery after discovering she had an infected abscess on her bum.

Talking about her painful hospital dash, Sophie told new! magazine that she arrived in A&E with a lump the size of a “golf ball".

“I was so scared. I don’t know what childbirth is like, but I imagine it being like that,” said Sophie.

Not one to shy away from intimate details, the 27-year-old revealed that she has been left with a “gaping hole” in her bum, after doctors had to remove the “pus-filled” abscess.

Speaking about her post-surgery appearance, Sophie commented: “It looks like someone’s got a knife and stabbed us in the bum.

“It’s like a shark attack!”

The Geordie lass is now “bedridden” and is staying at her dad’s house. She is receiving daily visits from a nurse who changes her bandages.

“I can’t get dressed or anything and I’ve got not appetite,” the reality star explained.

Luckily, Sophie has not had to deal with her medical scare alone, as loyal boyfriend Joel has been there to support her.

However, there has been no “sexy time” between the pair as Sophie needs time to fully recover.

Yeah, we'd advise laying off the romance for now.
