Chloe Khan shares before and after ASS transformation pic but later deleted it

The 26 year-old ex-CBB star Chloe Khan who regularly parades her 32HH surgically-enhanced assets underwent a Brazilian bum lift last month during a surgery-filled holiday to Turkey.

The surgery involved the reality star having fat from her waistline pumped into her behind for a more rounded look.

But her latest offering was a little different to the belfies we're used to.

The 26-year-old revealed the shocking difference between her newly-sculpted rear and her natural booty.

With her bod naked and face down on the operating table, Chloe's derrière is covered in pen scribbles.

The webcam entrepreneur has never shy away from was confident to share the before and after results of her bum lift surgery with her 1 million fans.

In the comparison pic, Chloe's figure looked noticeably more hourglass shaped post-surgery with her already perky behind seeming plumper than before.

Alongside the candid image, the former Playmate wrote: "My before and after BBL.

"I have had so many questions about it. I tried to get back to everyone but drop any questions below."

However Chloe soon seemed to regret her decision and deleted the pic from her account.

Despite being thrilled at achieving the "Barbie doll" curves she'd always wanted, Chloe admitted that there was a price for her quest for perfection.

Chloe explained to Closer magazine that the procedure left her unable to sit down for six weeks.

"Because it's a fat graft, the cells have to take, so I can't sit on it or I'll ruin the results," she began.

"It means I can't dine out and can only stand at a bar. I also can't drive and have to lie face down to sleep, which is uncomfortable – but I'm used to it."
