But some of her 2.8 million Instagram followers were fixated on the fact that she'd opted to breastfeed having had a boob job.
"Poor baby's drinking silicon," one cruel user quipped, while another added: "Those are fake, nothing's coming out of there."
Others claimed that Chanel was "too old" to breastfeed and would already have a full set of teeth.
Then there were those that claimed the video was a total overshare.
"Damn girl, it's cute and all but can't some moments be sacred? Why's everyone got to post everything?" a cynic asked.
This prompted another to chime in: "No one cares, she's not breastfeeding, she just wants to show off her t*ts. Some people just do s**t to stay relevant."
It's not the first time Coco has found herself at the centre of a parenting storm.
She was branded "tacky" last year for sharing a clip of herself twerking against Chanel's pram in a see-through bodysuit.
