Bronzed goddess Frankie Essex displays her flat stomach and toned figure in a tiny blue bikini in Spain

The former TOWIE star  Frankie Essex, 28 showcased her flat stomach and toned figure in the skimpy two piece, and looked happy and healthy as she relaxed by the pool.

Last month, the reality star revealed that she suffered a depression battle after gaining back a stone of the initial weight she had shed after embarking on a fitness regime.

She has long been an advocate of the gym, and displayed her shapely, toned pins in the bikini. 
The reality star displayed her naturally good looks by going make-up free, but maintained her signature defined arched brows.

Bronzed goddess Frankie recently told The Sun that time spent in the gym helps keep her depression at bay, but she has been unable to run since damaging her knee.

Discussing how her body has changed since her knock, she added: 'It's horrible and it's a bit depressing. I'm swollen. My whole body is swollen.' Frankie also revealed that a doctor recommended she take anti-depressants.
The blonde bombshell also revealed what her secret was to shedding the weight in the first place and admitted that she found it difficult to give up ketchup among other sauces to reach her goal weight. 

Earlier this year, Frankie released a fitness DVD to share her secret to losing weight with fans, after cleaning up her diet and working hard in the gym.

She embarked on a stricter training regime after turning to food in the wake of a painful love split and seeing her weight increase to 12st 8lbs.
Speaking about her lowest point, Frankie told MailOnline: 'I've had a year and a half of being sad and depressed and not even wanting to leave the house at times. 

'I just want to make everyone feel good like I do now,' she said, about sharing her fitness tips in new DVD, Frankie Essex Weight Loss Workouts.

'Burning calories and getting a sweat on, it just releases the endorphins and it makes you feel better.' 

The Essex stunner - who debut her slimmer frame in November 2016 - previously blamed a bad boyfriend for 'the worst year of her life' in which she contemplated suicide.

Frankie and her reality star brother Joey lost their mother to suicide during their teenage years and Frankie said she feared she might 'fall into the same hole'. She said: 'I want to show everyone that being sad is all in your head and you need to believe in yourself and that you can do it.'
