The Puerto Rican-born model Showcased her lean frame Cami lay face down as she debuted the addition of peacock feathers to her toned back.

And using an emoji as underwear yet again, the 30-year-old's modesty was saved by a pineapple graphic.

Teasing peek-a-boob as she bared her naked bod, Cami gave a glimpse of her sideboob in the steamy shot.

But Cami proved there's a price for beauty as her decorated back and behind took a whopping 30 hours to complete.
