The brunette America singer Demi Lovato was performing at the Beauty Kind Unites Concert in Texas in a figure-hugging gold mini dress that showcased her toned physique.

The revealing number featured a slashed hemline that landed on the singer's upper thigh, leaving her at major risk of suffering an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction.

Not just content with flaunting her killer legs, Demi also flashed her cleavage in the dress that boasted a plunging neckline.

Amping up the sex appeal, the starlet completed the look with a pair of statement over-the-knee boots.

It's been a busy few days for Demi, who received the Artistic Award of Courage at UCLA's Open Mind Gala last week.

Accepting the recognition from the mental health society, the 24-year-old said in her acceptance speech: "We live in a world where millions are spent on physical health and appearance...

"But yet mental health and well-being, which are the most important factors in keeping all of us moving forward and something that should be given the same level of care and attention as physical health, get ignored and pushed to the side time and time again."

Demi found herself splashed across the headlines recently when she became the most recent Hollywood star to be targeted by an online hacker who is releasing private nude pictures of celebs online.

Despite the outcry over the breach of privacy, the pop singer remained cool about the released photo that allegedly shows her lying on a bed wearing an unzipped hoodie.

Taking to Twitter, the body confident starlet told her 41 million followers: "I love how everyone's freaking out about one picture. It's not nude and it's just cleavage."

She added: "Besides, the world has seen me nude by choice before," followed by the hashtags: "Vanity Fair", "Cleavage game on point" and "My boobs aren't even that big".
