Heavily Pregnant Ciara has been involved in a car accident

The 31 year-old Ciara Princess Wilson simply known as Ciara was driving her white Mercedes SUV when a grey Volvo SUV slammed into the front passenger side of her vehicle, according to TMZ.

Her husband Russell Wilson raced to be by her side at the scene.

The heavily pregnant mother of one appeared tense and upset while walking after the accident, while speaking on her phone.

She was reportedly clutching her chest and shoulder.

TMZ report enforcement sources saying Ciara and the other driver exchanging information.

Thankfully, neither of them were seriously injured.

Photographs on the US website show the star speaking on her phone immediately after the accident.

The I Bet songstress has not yet revealed her due date, but did recently joke to Harpers Bazaar that she will be delivering two babies: her unborn child and an upcoming album.

Ciara is already a mum to son Future Zahir – whom she shares with her ex, Future.

The singer and rapper called off their engagement in a messy split, however she recently found love and happiness with her NFL husband.

She explained: "If someone's not supporting you and your vision and your dream—whether it's your relationship partner, your friend, whomever—then you've got to make sure to keep it moving.

"If people aren't lifting you up, even if you're the strongest person in the world, eventually it does chip away at you. You don't even realise that you're losing yourself. And that's the scariest place to be in life.
