Celebrity Big Brother star Jeremy Jackson is being sent to jail after he stabbed a woman in the street

The 36-year-old CBB star Jeremy Jackson was sentenced to 270 days in LA County Jail and five years probation after a woman accused him of stabbing her in the street during an argument.

Back in October 2015, a woman alleged that former Baywatch star Jackson was attempting to steal her boyfriends's car in Los Angeles.

When the woman confronted him, she claims Jeremy attacked her and stabbed her in the arm, leg and back.

Jeremy fled the scene but was later arrested at a hotel.

However, Jeremy has struck a plea deal which will see him spending much less time behind bars than the seven years he could have been sentenced to.

The actor has been given 109 days credit by a judge, meaning he will spend 161 in jail – and according to TMZ, he could be released in May based on good behaviour.

Jeremy will also have to complete 52 anger management classes and 52 alcoholics anonymous meetings, as well as staying off drugs.

The website explained that if he sticks to these terms, he could have the felony charge dropped to a misdemeanour.

Jeremy appeared on Celebrity Big Brother back in January 2015, but caused major controversy due to an incident with Chloe Goodman in a bathroom.

The American star grabbed Chloe's dressing gown while she was naked underneath, causing her breast to be exposed.

A visibly upset Chloe left the toilet in tears, and Jeremy was removed from the house.

Jeremy accepted a caution for common assault over the incident.

Jackson claimed the attack was in self defence after a gun was pulled on him, and he was not charged for the incident.

The actor previously battled a high-profile drug addiction after leaving Baywatch, admitting to using crystal meth and bovine steroids.
