Kendall Jenner and Pepsi goof in their latest controversial Pepsi ad

The 21-year-old model and reality star was so excited about her first ad campaign with Pepsi. 

Kendall debuted as the face of the fizzy drinks brand and it wasn't met with rave reviews as ads that went down like a lead balloon.

The uproar got so severe that Pepsi had to pull the ad and issue an apology for all the offence caused.
Kendall is said to be "devastated" by the ridicule from the ad and even deleted her tweet which told her followers of its release.

"Even though she had nothing to do with the production and the message of the campaign, she will be blamed for this since she is the face."

Kendall Jenner caused outrage for her 2017 Pepsi advert. Viewers were angered by the suggestion that world peace could be achieved with just a can of Pepsi, and even more so by Kendall.

Kendall is yet to release a statement about the matter, reportedly because she is currently locked into a million dollar agreement with Pepsi that stops her from discussing anything without the brand's approval.

However, Pepsi have apologised to the reality babe for "putting her in that position."

In a statement, they said: "Pepsi was trying to project a global a message of unity, peace and understanding.

"Clearly, we missed the mark, and we apologise.

"We did not intend to make light of any serious issue. We are pulling the content and halting any further rollout.

"We also apologise for putting Kendall Jenner in this position."
