The 30-year-old former TOWIE star Lauren Goodger took to Instagram to share the gyrating video of herself shared performing a bump and grind dance routine.
The clip began with Lauren slowly walking into the camera before shaking her hips and moving her arms seductively. with two other girls while dressed in workout leggings and a crop top.

However, things then got really raunchy as she took to the floor.
Lauren went on all fours and moved her rear up and down.
The video even moved into slow motion.
She captioned the clip: "Loved my first session back at dancing this evening. I can't wait get my routine skills and rhythm back.
"I'm going to be working on a little project."
It seemed some fans found it more funny that sexy though.
One commented to a friend: "I feel like you'll find this funny."
While another added: "The f*** is that lol?"
A third chimed in: "Was crying at this."
Some fans were more supportive though, with one exclaiming: "Oh my days."
A second added: "Beautiful and real! That's what matters."
Lauren recently said she wanted to move away from the celeb lifestyle after she claimed she was kicked out of an Essex restaurant when her ex Mark Wright turned up.
