Wearing nothing more than a plunging white bra and matching pants from the iconic underwear brand, Kimmy posed in front of a mirror on set.
Writing to her 106 million followers, she posted the black and white snap and said: "Bathroom selfie on set @calvinklein #MyCalvins [sic]."
Of course, the image was met with praise from the starlet's army of followers, with one gushing: "You are so beautiful.
"Another chimed in: "Can I get a hell yeah! Looking so damn good."
Kim's snap comes after a string of sensational pictures last week which saw her attempting to break the internet all over again.
The first saw the Keeping Up With The Kardashians bombshell posing in a pair of knickers that could pass for a vajazzle.
While the next shoot had Kim shrink-wrap her huge booty in a pair of lycra shorts, leaving not a lot to the imagination.
The mum-of-three also shared a red hot clip of herself wearing the world's most pointless thong as she writhed on a bed.
Recording herself posing in her undergarments, Kim showcased her hourglass curves while wearing a pair of white string bottoms and a very low cut top.
Her posts come after Kim and husband Kanye West welcomed their third child ia surrogate on January 15.
